James Kenner, ASID, RID

James holds an Interior Design degree with honors from The Art Institute of Dallas, where he later taught classes. In addition, he studied fine art and design at Southern Methodist University. His personal resume includes extensive European architectural studies and travel.
James Kenner, a Registered Interior Designer, is NCIDQ certified and is a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and the Texas Association of Interior Designers (TAID). He has also served on the Texas State Chapter Board of ASID and is a past President of the Dallas Association of ASID.
James' honors include the Pillars of the Industry Award, the Aurora Award and ASID Design Ovation Awards. In 2000, The Art Institute of Dallas honored him with a "Most Distinguished Interior Design Alumnus Award".
James' work has been published in Better Homes and Gardens, Good Housekeeping, Kitchen and Bath Design, Dallas Home and Garden, Architectural Digest, Southern Accents, House Beautiful and the Dallas Business Journal.
